Summer Camps

Our Mission: To Cultivate Creativity in Kids

SUMMER 2020 announcement:

Due to the constantly evolving information on Covid 19 combined with the regulations that summer camps are currently faced with,

we have decided to cancel all camps for 2020.

This will be the first time in 15 years that we won’t be holding camp and while its extremely sad, we believe its for the best.

We are a small family run business and these decisions have been challenging, but we are using this time to plan for the future of

SADA Summer Camps, Dance Classes & our theater program, BBK.

We are very excited for the moment when we can all be together, and we promise our programs will be back and better then ever!

We will be working in the next couple weeks to provide a credit to parents for any camp deposits that were paid for and/or refunds.

Thank you all for your support!

We will really miss seeing your children this summer,

Sarah & the team

New Camp for 2020*Good Morning Sonoma! Broadcast Journalism Camp

Good Morning Sonoma (GMS) is going to be the hottest camp of the summer!  Students will spend the week working on putting together an entire morning show that will broadcast live on the last day of camp! Campers will start with finding a news story in Sonoma, interviewing local people, writing the story themselves, and working on presenting that story with our incredible instructor, Mary Strong.   Here’s a little bit about Mary: Mary Strong is an award-winning broadcast journalist. Not long after graduating college, her career in television journalism took off. She traveled the country working forNBC and CNN. Strong eventually combined her love for sports with her passion for storytelling by becoming a sports broadcaster for Fox Sports Network and NFL Network. Strong’s extensive journalistic experience has garnered her an Edward R. Morrow Award for her work in continuous LIVE news coverage both as a field reporter and anchor. She was also nominated for an Emmy as the host of Fox Sports Net’s DIG and the Directv Sports Mix. Strong was one of the first women in sports, covering PAC- 10 football, AVP pro-beach volleyball and Poker for Fox Sports Net. She later joined NFL Network anchoring LIVE news coverage for “NFL Network Now” and “Total Access.” Strong covered the Poker Championships for NBC Sports and traveled with theInternational Pool Tour as a sideline reporter. She has also hosted various shows forThe Game Show Network and Outdoor Life Network, and helped launch the Directv Sports Mix for Directv’s innovative Mix channels.
